 Jean McCammon, RN, NP | Nurse Practitioner

I am a Nurse Practitioner, and have been with Aurora Medical Spa since we opened in 2006. I have been a Registered Nurse since 1995, and completed my undergraduate training at Barnes College of Nursing. I have been a Nurse Practitioner since 1999, and completed my graduate training at Jewish Hospital College of Nursing. As a Nurse Practitioner, I am certified as both an Adult and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.

My areas of clinical experience include the Intensive Care Unit, the Emergency Department, and Surgery. I have always had a passion for Plastic Surgery and Dermatology. Working at Aurora Medical Spa enables me to use my passion on a daily basis. I truly love getting to know my patients and developing a treatment plan that is specific to their individual needs.

It is a privilege to provide services to patients that help them feel better about themselves. We want you to be the best version of yourself possible. Carey Patton, RN, NP | Nurse Practitioner

Carey Patton has over 5 years experience in the medical spa field treating patients.  She is a Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her education from Indiana State University and Masters from Maryville University. "I have always had a passion for cosmetics and anti-aging medicine. Who doesn't want to look and feel younger and healthier?" Carey joined Aurora Medical spa in 2007 with over 2 years in the medical spa field treating patients and has worn many hats including: primary care, intensive care, home health and research. "I believe that everyone has a right to feel confident and young and this is what makes my job so rewarding."

Abbie Calabio, RN, NP | Nurse Practitioner

Abbie is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has over 5 years extensive experience as a cosmetic nurse injector. She has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2001 and completed her undergraduate nursing degree in 1994 from the University of Kansas and Masters from the Barnes College of Nursing at UMSL. She joined Aurora Medical Spa in June 2011 and brings with her over 5 years experience in the medical spa field. Her diverse nursing experience also includes plastic surgery, college health, neurosurgery, and med-surg. Abbie has a dedicated passion to cosmetic medicine. She enjoys educating others and keeping up to date with the latest advances in anti-aging and non-invasive, non-surgical cosmetic procedures. "I am truly commited to helping clients rediscover and maintain a healthy and youthful appearance."

Christen Seger | Medical Aesthetician

As an aesthetician at Aurora Medical Spa, my goal is make each and every client of mine feel great about their skin! I want them to feel comfortable leaving the house without make-up. The skin is the largest organ of the body and the first thing people see, so everyone should take care of it and protect it.

My interest in skin care started at a very young age. When I was a little girl I used to try to invent face creams with items I found in the kitchen!

When I graduated from Mizzou in 2002, I began working for a skin care company that sold glycolic acid peels to spas and doctor’s offices. I loved it so much that I decided to go to school to be an aesthetician. I attended the Skin Institute in St. Louis which is a branch of the International Dermal Institute based out of California. Upon graduation, I discovered a new medical spa in St. Louis- Aurora Medical Spa! I have been with Aurora since the day we opened the doors in 2006

Even though I am a busy mother, I still make sure to dedicate time to my clients at Aurora. I am always continuing my education and researching the latest and greatest in skin care. I look forward to taking care of you at Aurora!

Erin Murphy | Medical Aesthetician

I am a Medical Aesthetician here at Aurora Medical Spa. I enjoy working in the medical environment which offers access to pharmaceutical grade products for optimal results. I have advanced training in medical laser procedures and pharmaceutical grade skin care. The thing I love most about my job is making people feel good about themselves! Whether your concern is hair removal, pigmentation, redness, texture or tone I will help you look your best!
